Mickie started One Strong Southern Girl® as an online resource back in 2016 to help women with home exercise strategies. Since then her company has grown to include a thriving 6-figure product based business, a podcast (Crunches and Cosmos) and her signature digital resource library for home exercisers called, The Vault. Her mission continues to focus on helping women who want to take radical responsibility for their physical fitness using home exercise create a home workout plan they love. She's been using home fitness to stay in shape for over 20 years and has completed two Tough Mudders and multiple other events by exclusively using her Modern Approach Method to Home Exercise and Program Stacking Methods to train.
